Tomorrow's Cuts
You learn that a colleague will lose their job tomorrow. You were told in confidence. If you warn them, they can copy files and prepare. Your own job could be at risk if anyone finds out.
Do you warn them?
Then ask
- Would you do it for a colleague you disliked?
- What if they had warned you once?
- How certain would the news need to be?
The classics and some new ones. A scenario, the question it forces, and the follow-ups that make it bite.
