The Payslip
By accident you see a spreadsheet with everyone's salary. A colleague who's been there longer than you, does harder work and trained you, is paid £11,000 less. She has no idea. If you tell her, she'll be furious, she may leave, and you'll have to explain how you know. If you say nothing, nothing happens.
