Two Boxes
Do you take both boxes, or only the sealed one?
A stranger with an uncanny record puts two boxes in front of you. Box A is clear and holds £1,000. Box B is sealed. Yesterday she predicted what you'd do. If she predicted you'd take only Box B, she put a million in it. If she predicted you'd take both, she left it empty. She's done this a thousand times and been right every time. The money is already in place. Nothing you do now changes it.
Do you take both boxes, or only the sealed one?
The classics and some new ones. A scenario, the question it forces, and the follow-ups that make it bite.
